Residence guarantee

All first-year students

A place in residence is guaranteed if

  • you're admitted to a first-year program, and
  • you receive an Offer of Admission dated no later than May 25, 2010, and
  • you accept your Offer of Admission by May 28, 2010, and
  • you submit your Residence Community Ranking Form and a $500 non-refundable deposit no later than 11:59 pm  Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on May 28, 2010, and
  • you meet any conditions outlined on your Offer of Admission.

This guarantee applies ONLY to

  • UW Residences (Mackenzie King, Ron Eydt Village, UW Place, Village 1)
  • Renison
  • St. Jerome's
  • St. Paul's

Important: This guarantee DOES NOT APPLY if you miss the May 28, 2010, deadline to submit your Residence Community Ranking Form and your deposit. The guarantee DOES NOT APPLY to Conrad Grebel.

Conrad Grebel requires a separate application and interview, and is not listed on the Residence Community Ranking Form. For details, contact Grebel.

Upper-year transfer and exchange students

Upper-year transfer and exchange students are not guaranteed residence.

A limited number of residence spaces have been reserved for upper-year exchange and transfer students at Columbia Lake Village. An application is required.

Upper-year students with dependents

Upper-year students with dependents are not guaranteed residence.

A limited number of unfurnished, 2-bedroom townhomes are available in the North Community of Columbia Lake Village. An application is required.
