Are you fascinated by people and the decisions they make? Do you study the actions of your friends and family members, trying to learn why they do what they do? Then Psychology might be the program for you!

Psychology is the scientific approach to understanding the mind and people's behaviour.

As a Psychology student in the Faculty of Science, you'll take courses in psychology, the sciences, and mathematics.

The program is ideal if you're interested in careers in behavioural neuroscience, forensic psychology, cognitive psychology, or medicine with a specialization in neurology, psychiatry, or pediatrics.

You can also gain 20 months of paid work experience through Waterloo's co-op program, which provides you with access to the largest selection of co-op jobs in the world.

Learn about co-op jobs, career opportunities and more in the Psychology Undergraduate Student Handbook.
