Verification of Enrollment Forms
You or your family may need to complete forms that require you to submit a verification of your enrollment.
The Office of the Registrar will be able to help you with these forms after you have selected your fall courses in July, which is the point at which you will be considered enrolled at Waterloo.
Please note that there is a $10 fee for the completion of each form.
Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP) forms
- If you have a Registered Education Savings Plan (RESP), you can have your form processed at the Office of the Registrar after you have selected your fall courses in July.
- You can bring your RESP form in to the office and we'll process it while you wait, or you can mail in the form for us to complete. If you're mailing your RESP form, please include the Verification form that you'll find on the Forms page on the Office of the Registrar website. Under Letters/Transcripts, select Verification.
Other forms
- If you have other forms that need verification of enrollment, please select To Whom It May Concern, also under Letters/Transcripts on the Forms page of the Office of the Registrar site.
